Cancellation policy and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

• If you cancel within 14 days after the booking is made, the full amount will be refunded – however, only if there are more than 7 days until arrival
• If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you can get half of the amount refunded
• If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid
