General
We reserve the right to cancel any booking and consider a booking canceled if an email is sent to the guest at the email address provided when the booking was made.
We strive to deliver what the guest desires but reserve the right to change any booking made for a specific site/cabin to a site/cabin of equivalent standard, without rendering the booking invalid.
Sites and cabins are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Cabins must be cleaned by 12:00 PM on the day of departure, unless end-of-stay cleaning has been booked in advance.
IMPORTANT: End-of-stay cleaning does not include tidying up, washing dishes, or cleaning the grill!
If pets have stayed in a cabin, the cabin must also be vacuumed before departure, even if end-of-stay cleaning has been booked!
We disclaim any responsibility for incorrect prices and calculations.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking can ONLY be done via email. Be ready with the provided booking number.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, the full reservation fee minus a 350 DKK administration fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the prepayment is forfeited.
